We would like to point out that this year we are also introducing some minor changes to the submission of screening copies to make the process as smooth as possible. We therefore invite you to submit your screening copies and data on this online platform by 1 June, with

English subtitles burned in, according to the following parameters:
– with english subtitles (burned in not optional, no srt files)
– minimun 1920×1080 PAL 24 or 25 fps, h264.mp4
– 48 kHz 16 bit stereo, maximum -6 dB!
(DCP and other formats won’t be accepted!)
Hereby, the entrant declares, that his/her submitted artwork has cleared copyrights for music and others.

IF THE FULL FILM IS ONLINE ON ANY VIDEO-SHARING SITE: OUT OF THE PROGRAM ON BUSHO!

Please check your details in the above list, if you have any incomplete or if you want to make any changes, you can change them, especially the length of the film, the director’s email address and the image. We also kindly ask Hungarian filmmakers to send us the synopsis of their film in two languages, English and Hungarian, thank you.

If you have any technical or other questions, please send them to info@bushofest.hu.

As soon as we receive the screening copies we will start to put together the screening blocks and then you will be able to get accreditation for the festival if you would like to attend in person during the first week of September.

More information regarding accreditation will be available at tami@busho.hu.

You can see all the selected works here.
